In Short

• Manage the creative development process between creators and external design teams.
• Own end to end onboarding and offboarding experience for creators.
• Enhance the creator experience by providing proactive support.
• Continuously optimize operational processes.
• Track and analyze creator sentiment for actionable insights.
• Support creator service adoption through pitches.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience managing client needs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with creative development and brand-building.
• Empathy for creators and the creative process.
• Ability to identify tooling & automation improvements.
• Value sharing knowledge and continuous improvement.
