Overview

Penta Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Creative Operations Coordinator to support the Creative Operations team, primarily focusing on budget and invoicing management.

In Short

  • Oversee financial operations of the creative team.
  • Manage budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Implement process improvements for financial operations.
  • Track and report on creative budget allocations and expenses.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors.

  • Collaborate with Finance for seamless invoice processing.
  • Support production coordination with the creative team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in financial tracking.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and team coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in budget management or finance operations.
  • Experience managing budgets of at least $5M annually.
  • Understanding of invoice processing and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation is a plus.
