In Short

• Provide strategic guidance to creators for campaign success.
• Track creator interactions using Kickstarter’s CRM.
• Contribute to educational resources for creators.
• Identify opportunities to empower creators with insights.
• Support new product feature rollouts and gather feedback.
• Champion creator needs within the organization.
• Showcase creators' work through marketing collaboration.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design & Technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• Bonus points for being a creator or entrepreneur.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to execute strategic plans with data-driven results.
• Exceptional communication skills for various audiences.
• Strong assessment skills for creative projects.
• Connections in areas of potential for Kickstarter are a plus.
