Hometap is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and scale our growing Sales Operations function, enhancing efficiency and accelerating revenue growth.

In Short

• Lead Sales Operations Strategy to align with revenue goals.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of analysts, admins, and PMs.
• Oversee project and program management for sales operations initiatives.
• Optimize sales processes and technology, including Salesforce.

• Own budgeting and fiscal planning in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Deep expertise in sales process optimization and sales tech stack management.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting complex data.
• Experience in high-growth environments, particularly in consumer finance or SaaS.
