The Industrial Engineer will lead and manage the implementation of Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems for clients.

The IE will provide guidance, leadership, project management, and ensure overall design and workflows are delivered successfully.
The IE will serve as a project lead and provide current state analysis of client's operational workflows as well as deliver future state design.
The IE will serve as a key contributor in hands-on system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, client training, and go-live support.
The IE will be required to work across cross-functional teams both internal and client.
Conduct time and motion studies and work measurement tasks for development of engineered labor standards, cost-benefit analysis, and process re-engineering activities.
Analyze results of various studies and assist in the creation of engineered labor standards.
Development of project proposals, presentations, and new client activities as requested.
Provide industrial engineering expertise to cross functional teams to deliver improved manufacturing facilities and processes.
This role is REMOTE; preferred location is near a major airport.
Travel: 50%
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
Experience with Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems (JDA/Blue Yonder preferred).
Experience and understanding of distribution center environment.
MOST certification a plus.
Experience with stat/data analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to advise/present in front of senior leadership and/or large group of floors employees.
Strong Excel-based background, regression analysis, and data-mining techniques.
