Identity Management Engineer - Remote

Overview

RIVA is seeking a Computer Systems Engineer to provide Identity Management design, implementation, and support in an enterprise-level environment, supporting the Information Technology Service Desk and Engineering Support program for a Contract at U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.

In Short

• Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems and systems administration issues.
• Perform system management and integration functions.
• Provide technical leadership in support of project managers.
• Interact with clients and communicate technical approaches to senior leadership.
• Expertise in design, development, and maintenance of IAM and IGA solutions.
• Integration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Enhancement of user provisioning efficiency.
• Incident response and resolution.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s; 8 years of experience with Masters.
• Strong experience in Identity Management configuration and integration.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) design.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience developing documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Background in complex, dynamic environments.
• Ability to operate effectively within a team.
