Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in Go and Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Interest in analyzing incidents and sharing findings.
• Experience in incident response and improving processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Willingness to teach and drive cross-functional change.
