Resource Manager - Remote

Overview

The Resource Manager is the nerve center of the creative and design departments – working with the team leads to determine who has the skillsets and bandwidth to take on projects, while partnering with the Director, Resource Management to support broader agency strategies.

In Short

• Partner with Creative, Design, Business Leadership, Project Management and Finance.
• Lead weekly resourcing meetings and manage resource gaps.
• Communicate assignments clearly to team members.
• Learn and embrace data-driven processes and insights.
• Provide analysis of Resource department challenges.
• Manage a rolling 4 – 6 week set of resourcing assignments.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to recruit freelance talent.
• Foster relationships with freelance talent community.
• Work closely with HR/Finance/IT teams for onboarding.
• Determine process improvements across the network.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in operational or resource management.
• Agency or creative environment experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with time management skills.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive situations.
• Passion for helping and developing people.
