In Short

  • Serve as a member of the divisional leadership team.
  • Develop, lead, and report on the Suttons Creek strategic sales and marketing plan.
  • Ensure Suttons Creek revenue and profit targets meet or exceed the strategic plan.
  • Define the necessary business development organization and its progression.
  • Establish and manage customer satisfaction programs.
  • Define key KPI’s related to the sales pipeline.
  • Provide support to the Executive Leadership for critical meetings.
  • Lead needs analysis and other critical sales meetings with strategic clients.
  • Develop partnerships with other industry organizations.
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales and business development experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Exceptionally strong writing and communication skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential client information.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more.
