Overview

The overall purpose of this position is to deliver revenue and profit growth targets in line with the overall company plan. The individual will be tasked with improving standards and procedures throughout the parts organization and will need to be a motivational and influential leader as he/she needs to affect change at all levels of the organization from corporate office management down to the PDC operations staff.

In Short

  • Provide leadership to the Aftersales organization.
  • Develop and achieve sales targets for dealers and regional teams.
  • Oversee retail and wholesale promotional programs.
  • Drive creation of new products and programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance parts and service aspects.
  • Manage annual parts department budget.
  • Direct inventory planning strategies.
  • Ensure timely processing of export parts shipments.
  • Oversee parts pricing strategies.
  • Manage operations of Parts Distribution Centers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in field sales and/or dealership sales preferred.
  • Success in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic parts growth plans.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in directing inventory planning.
  • Experience in managing parts distribution center operations.
