Head of Launch - Remote

Overview

As Head of Launch, you'll build one of our largest teams focused on solving a board-level operational challenge. Reporting directly to the COO/co-founder, you'll own the entire customer implementation lifecycle—from post-sale handoff to successful go-live—across all customer segments.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading implementation/professional services teams.
• Experience managing large teams (30+ employees).

• Proven track record in building operational infrastructure.
