Manticore Games is looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative, hard working and experienced Marketing leader to help us launch our new MMO.

In Short

• Design and lead creative marketing strategy for new MMO title
• Develop product marketing and messaging strategy
• Execute viral marketing campaigns
• Collaborate on grassroots marketing and community management
• Drive player awareness and engagement
• Partner with Product Management and Finance
• Manage PR and Communications
• Create and direct market research
• Analyze marketing program performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack marketing experience
• Deep understanding of MMOs
• Experience launching Free To Play games
• Expertise on PC and console platforms
• Best-in-class brand builder
• History of successful grassroots marketing
• Experience building reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated effective leadership
• BA/BS degree in relevant field
