Overview

As a Benefits Launch Manager at Miter, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our Benefits Administration product, ensuring smooth onboarding for clients.

In Short

  • Lead full benefits implementation lifecycle.
  • Translate plan documents into system configurations.
  • Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders for setup.
  • Train employers and internal teams on the product.
  • Develop playbooks and onboarding templates.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Work with product and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Be a resource for questions around plan configuration.
  • Support a high-performing team focused on client experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ownership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years leading benefits implementations.
  • Experience with HRIS or ben-admin systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
