The Head of Developer Experience and Community at Mistral AI will lead efforts to grow and nurture a vibrant community of developers using our technology to build AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations or advocacy.
• 6+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Experience in AI, Developer Tooling, or Data companies.
• Proven track record of building developer communities.
• Strong technical background in Generative AI.
• Analytical and strategic thinker.
• Passion for technology and understanding of the developer ecosystem.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
