Overview

As a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will be working strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and enduring partnerships across the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP and Workers Compensation/ Self Insurance sectors.

In Short

  • Develop and execute growth plans and strategies with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate new customer contracts and renewals.
  • Engage, lead and support a team of Account Managers.
  • Position UHG as a trusted advisor with key industry stakeholders.
  • Represent UHG at industry forums and events.
  • Identify opportunities for new products and services.

Requirements

  • Degree qualifications desirable.
  • 3+ years’ senior leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and influencing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
