Overview

The Account Manager (China) at Mistplay is responsible for driving deep client relationships, advocating for client success, and managing client retention and LTV.

In Short

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Promote expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Drive retention and prevent client churn
  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage pipeline
  • Work closely with ad operations to improve client performance
  • Stay current on industry trends and client-specific news
  • Provide feedback and insights to clients
  • Manage opportunities via CRM
  • Report to Head of Commercial in China

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience with market research tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and retention quotas
  • Experience in mobile gaming or adtech is a plus
  • Good command of English is advantageous
