Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic General Manager to launch and scale our new B2B mobile games loyalty platform business unit. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep experience in SDK businesses, mobile app ecosystems, and building high-growth technology products from the ground up.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for LoyaltyPlay, the mobile loyalty platform business unit
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and market penetration
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Establish partnerships with mobile app developers, game studios, and loyalty program managers
  • Create comprehensive SDK documentation and developer onboarding materials
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform adoption and revenue and EBITDA growth
  • Manage product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on market feedback
  • Develop pricing models and revenue-sharing frameworks for platform partners
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in mobile gaming and loyalty programs
  • Represent the business unit at industry conferences and networking events

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in technology business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in SDK or developer platform businesses
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B technology products
  • Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user engagement strategies, and loyalty program mechanics
  • Experience in product management for developer-facing platforms
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to attract and recruit top talent
