Deel is a global leader in enabling workforce mobility through innovative solutions. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our Mobility business, projected to grow significantly over the next 12 months.

In Short

• Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management.
• Success in scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance.
• Experience leading complex, global teams.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and actionable strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
