The Retention & Loyalty Manager is responsible for leading the B2B CRM strategy for Leafio, focusing on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive loyalty and retention among pharmacy partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Loyalty & Retention Marketing.
  • Experience in developing CRM strategies.
  • Strong data and analytics skills.
  • Experience in writing briefs and working with creative teams.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, especially BRAZE.
