Overview

Join Montu’s Organisational Development & Safety (OD&S) team as a Learning Partner, focusing on nursing education and supporting clinical learning experiences for our clinical team members.

In Short

• Coordinate clinical onboarding and learning pathways for new nurses
• Partner with subject matter experts to tailor and deliver role-specific training
• Support planning and rollout of healthcare compliance and clinical learning programs
• Manage learner groups and enrolments in the LMS
• Provide support to clinicians navigating learning content
• Contribute to development of clinical training materials
• Use data insights to report on progress and drive improvement
• Collaborate across teams to align on training needs
• Assist in managing learning projects focusing on quality and outcomes

Requirements

• A current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration
• Minimum 4 years of post-grad clinical experience
• Experience in clinical education or training delivery
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for elevating clinical capability through engaging learning
