As a Business Development Representative at MicroHabitat, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and generating qualified leads for our Sales Team, while supporting our mission of transforming urban spaces into sustainable gardens.

In Short

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects in the GTA and other regions
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Educate prospects on MicroHabitat's mission and programs
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a results-driven mindset
  • Enthusiastic about sustainability and urban agriculture
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
