Overview

The Business Development Associate will collaborate with various leaders to implement business development strategies aimed at achieving market growth objectives in the Transportation, Municipal/Public Works, and Traffic practices in Northern California.

• Collaborate with regional leaders to implement business development strategies.

• Guide the development of strategic proposals.

• Support the creation of gap analyses and competitor assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of A/E/C experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Excellent marketing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
