Overview

The IT Operations Analyst plays a key role within the IT Business Management Office (BMO), supporting strategic planning, operational execution, and delivery across the IT organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced skills in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau).
• Proficient in business operations disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in a hybrid or enterprise IT environment preferred.
• Certification in project management or IT service management is a plus.
