The Supervisor of Clinical Documentation Integrity oversees the daily operations of the CDI program, ensuring compliance and quality in documentation standards while managing a team of Clinical Documentation Specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
  • Current RN License or equivalent certifications.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in clinical documentation integrity.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations and coding guidelines.
  • Expertise with 3M CDI Software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
