Operations Analyst I - Remote

Overview

The Operations Analyst I at Syniverse is responsible for providing technical solutions to complex problems, addressing customer issues, and ensuring timely resolution in a dynamic environment.

• Provide technical support and determine root causes of issues.
• Follow SLA guidelines for ticket resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or telecommunications.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of application support and problem management.
• Familiarity with relational databases and programming languages.
• Preferred Oracle certifications (OCP, OCA).
• Experience in Telecom Operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide 24/7 support.
• Detail-oriented with troubleshooting techniques.
