In Short

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on all people-related matters.
  • Align all HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs in the department.
  • Drive organizational design, and talent acquisition in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure regular performance management cycles, initiate employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Partner on compensation and incentive programs to ensure alignment with performance and budget targets.
  • Identify the L&D needs, create trainings to enhance employee performance and capabilities.
  • Use HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Advise on employee relations, manage complex cases, and mitigate organizational risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of operating in a Business Partner model or strategic L&D professional acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders.
  • Extensive HR experience gained in large complex organisation(s) in cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge in HR administration, workforce and organizational planning, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Knowledge of HR information Management System (preferably Bamboo HR).
  • Ability to practice and coach line managers in the practice of a high level of people management.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment with multiple stakeholders competing for HR attention.

  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Job evaluation methodology is a plus.
