Overview

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is looking to add a highly accomplished Account Executive to their sales team. This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

In Short

  • Vet and qualify all inbound leads and send to appropriate sales reps.
  • Attend all Discovery calls with sales reps for further education on the sales process.
  • Create all proposals and secure appropriate internal sign offs.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and secure assistance where needed.
  • Ensure updates are created in MS CRM for all reps.
  • Identify key market verticals for ERP sales through analysis of marketplace data.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams for seamless delivery of services.
  • Serve as the customer’s voice within the company.

Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong follow-up skills and process-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC/LS, Power BI, and ERP solutions.
  • Ability to handle rejection and provide an excellent first impression.
