Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of The Standard. Your mission is to grow our subscriber base by building strong relationships with athletic departments, coaches, administrators, and organizations. You'll identify prospects, pitch our value, and guide new customers through the onboarding process.

In Short

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in the youth, high school, college, club, and corporate markets
  • Educate potential clients about our subscription model and how it differs from traditional team apparel programs
  • Close new business and ensure smooth transitions to our design and production teams
  • Represent The Standard at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events
  • Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets
  • Build a renewable client base that rewards you with recurring compensation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sports and understanding of athletic programs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
