Director of Marketing / Manager of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing/ Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the fast-paced world of ERP software solutions/SaaS solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand, driving demand, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B tech marketing, especially within the ERP or enterprise software space or SaaS.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth and product adoption
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communications
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Plan and manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
• Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably in ERP or enterprise IT solutions or SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
