In Short

• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and CSMs
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities
• Create deliverables for work orders
• Involved in the tender process for new projects
• Track sales opportunities through Salesforce
• Work with Operations on work order details
• Report to the Head of Sales
• Support clients in their digital transformation journey

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management
• Experience in the tech sector
• Worked on bid/tender processes
• Excellent presentation skills
• Telephone and face-to-face sales exposure
