  • Understand customers' businesses, stakeholder dynamics, challenges, and software needs.
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and sustainability executives.
  • Apply project management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a unified strategy.
  • Develop strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify business cases and success stories from client interactions.
  • Develop tailored strategies for specific industries and regions.
  • Promote the visibility of the company's solutions.
  • Assist customers in utilizing the product for business success.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in enterprise-level customer-facing roles.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite/VPs/Directors.
  • Analytical & process-driven, communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Extremely organized with a history of success in project management.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and nature.
