  • Oversee marketing automation processes to enhance lead generation.
  • Analyze marketing performance data for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify business problems and recommend solutions.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Work in a dynamic, remote environment with unlimited PTO.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and technologies.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Curious, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to conceptualize business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Location in Buenos Aires is preferred.
