Overview

The Advanced Implementation Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading full lifecycle client deployments of MeridianLink software, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

In Short

• Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of consulting engagements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to product/process enhancements.
• Create foundational client environments and manage site migrations.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage project schedules and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver high-quality client service.
• Work independently on high-impact, complex projects.

• Strong SQL and scripting skills required.
