Implementation Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Work with customer stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and workflows.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.
• Extract, clean, transform, and map customer data for system migration or integration.
• Facilitate customer conversations to clarify data issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and validate assumptions.
• Configure and customize platform settings to meet customer-specific needs, based on gathered requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during the onboarding and implementation phases.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and process guides.
• Train customers on platform functionality as needed during rollout.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, business analysis, or data operations.
• Prior experience working within healthcare operations in a consultative role.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleaning, and mapping.
• Comfort working with semi-structured or messy datasets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of system integration concepts.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
