In Short

• Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and align them with our capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions for SaaS deployments and integrations.
• Implement some Chat bot / AI functions into the platform to enable customers to easily get responses to standard, day-to-day questions.
• Serve as a product and technical advisor, assisting customers with best practices, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the product.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
• Consult on technical issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and playbooks for both customers and internal teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging SaaS trends, security best practices, and industry advancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
• Proficiency configuring software for different customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and automation in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL.
