We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to support our implementation team in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our healthcare customers.

In Short

• Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation.
• Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.
• Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.
• Configure platform settings and parameters as directed.
• Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration.
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues.
• Maintain implementation documentation and process guides.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a support, analyst, or coordinator role.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.
