In Short

  • Work directly with clients to design, configure, and implement product solutions tailored to their business requirements.
  • Provide in-depth technical support to clients during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through complex configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal product/engineering teams, sharing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to the product.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs, providing recommendations on the best solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product’s features, configurations, and customizations to effectively advise clients and assist with integration.

Requirements

  • Experience as a software engineer in a fast growing, start-up environment, preferably in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Typescript, React and Node and familiarity with APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and building productive client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
