As part of our mission to build the engine that powers modern claims processing, we are seeking a seasoned SIU Desk Investigator to bring human expertise to support us in fraud model development and training.

• This is a fully remote, contract position.
• Analyze complex digital evidence to validate system reports.
• Deliver clear and concise investigative reports.
• Conduct sophisticated digital investigations.
• Synthesize data from various sources to uncover fraud indicators.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SIU investigation.
• Proven skills in desk investigation.
• Proficiency in investigative databases and digital tools.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance policies and fraud regulations.
• Experience with complex fraud types.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience as an SIU Investigator or SIU Adjuster.
• Demonstrated history of handling significant caseloads.
• Expertise in using investigative databases and digital tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of P&C insurance policies.
• Experience investigating complex fraud types.
