In Short

• Design and build infrastructure and tooling to support the Assured platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Evolve platform foundations across AWS (EKS, SQS, Aurora, S3).
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve performance and reliability.
• Strengthen security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Improve developer experience by building efficient systems.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with engineers across the company.
• Identify and solve critical infrastructure problems proactively.
• Architect and operate highly available database solutions.
• Focus on building sustainable and durable systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and scaling high-quality infrastructure.
• Strong background in automation and pragmatism in solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and persist through challenges.
• Proven experience in code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with minimal oversight.
• Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL or similar database solutions.
• Strong engineering background and history of designing resilient systems.
