Waabi is an AI company focused on developing self-driving technology, seeking a Senior / Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to enhance their ML infrastructure and collaborate across teams.

In Short

• Work with a multidisciplinary team on AI-first self-driving technology.
• Collaborate with teams to identify cloud usage needs.
• Propose cloud strategies for compute and data usage.
• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure.

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, GO, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, especially Terraform.
• Passionate about self-driving technologies and innovation.

Requirements

• BS, MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in reading and developing production quality software.
• Deep understanding of cloud compute and data storage.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Comfortable working with Linux systems.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Open-minded and collaborative team player.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with on-premise servers and ML tools.
