Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

The Director, FP&A at Waabi will oversee and build out the FP&A team, partnering closely with the Corporate controller and company leaders to shape strategies and define priorities. This role focuses on driving efficiency and reducing waste while ensuring growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MBA, CFA, and/or CPA preferred.
• 10-12+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
• 5-7+ years of finance leadership in a high-growth, venture-backed start-up.
• Experience with SaaS business models.
• Strong expertise in financial management and reporting methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Proven record of building finance functions.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
