Waabi is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Workplace Portfolio Lead to oversee and optimize the company's diverse real estate and facilities portfolio across the United States and Canada, playing a critical role in shaping long-term facilities strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management or corporate real estate.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and negotiation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and capital plans.
• Experience managing large scale vendors and commercial contracts.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Open-minded and collaborative team player.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles is beneficial.
