Overview

The Portfolio Leader will be responsible for leading the successful execution of projects, driving value-add outcomes, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management.

• Own the overall delivery of assigned projects.
• Continuously set the mission, vision, and plan for the project.
• Enhance and maintain complex project schedules.
• Manage agile project delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Drive and manage technical and functional changes.
• Create and track project plans and documentation.
• Support client extension and expansion through delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex multi-disciplinary programs.
• Proven track record in managing technology and data projects.
• Strong executive-level client relationship skills.
• Mastery of finance and accounting literacy.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with complex contractual agreements.
• Willingness to learn and work flexibly.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
