• Participate in an on-call rotation for support.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft Associate Level Certification preferred.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
