Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at Redox.

In Short

• Own and improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with department leaders for financial plans aligned to goals.
• Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards.
• Deliver scenario modeling and board-level presentations.
• Develop and maintain the long-range financial model.
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
• Support fundraising initiatives.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CFO and executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience, including 3 years in SaaS FP&A.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skills.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of SaaS metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity and clarity in complexity.
• High degree of ownership and action bias.
• Prior experience managing a team.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
