Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

In Short

• Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance.
• Provide executive leadership with timely and accurate performance reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads to build a bottoms-up budgeting process.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and develop forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.
• Monitor key financial metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A; 3+ years of Director experience.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
