Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and P&L analysis
• Understanding of working capital management
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in financial software and tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations
