Director of Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will play an important role in the finance team, reporting to the VP of Finance. This visible role will partner with a general manager to provide in-depth financial insight to the leadership team while helping create business strategies.

• Be a strategic finance partner to executives and functional leaders.
• Lead a finance team that drives outcomes and promotes continuous improvement.
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Manage scale projects across the finance organization.
• Own the monthly forecast and annual planning processes.
• Drive structure and efficiency within the forecast and close process.
• Proactive reporting of budget versus actuals.
• Track and forecast headcount and expenses.
• Assist with preparation for the Board of Directors.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational FP&A experience.
• Experience communicating analytical findings.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Strong systems skills (Anaplan or comparable tools).
• Ability to influence leadership through data analysis.
• Experience within healthcare, specifically clinic delivery.
