In Short

• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting.
• Provide insights to assist with business KPIs.
• Analyze monthly P&L reports and perform variance analysis.
• Support long-term financial elements of strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12-15 years’ experience in FP&A in a mid-size to large commercial bank.
• Banking finance/reporting experience is a must.
• Expert knowledge of financial planning.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
• Master communicator with people at all levels.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Technically inclined and quick to learn new information.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of G/L, FP&A, and BI tools is a plus.
