Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a world-class Director of FP&A to own financial planning and analysis across the business. This role will shape our financial strategy and provide insights for decision-making across various functions.

In Short

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models for P&L, cash flow, and scenario planning.
• Prepare board, investor, and leadership reporting packages.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on demand and supply forecasts.
• Develop detailed COGS models across sourcing and logistics.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
• Build dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs.
• Provide insights for pricing and vendor negotiations.
• Be the go-to Excel/Sheets power user for financial clarity.
• Work autonomously and roll up your sleeves in a scrappy environment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of FP&A experience in a CPG or DTC business.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain finance and COGS analysis.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communicator with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative and humble team player.
